Gene expression analysis of STAT3 deleted low passage, lymph node derived melanoma cells, from a NRAS mouse melanoma model compared to a STAT3 wild-type control after IL-6 stimulation, OSM stimulation or unstimulated. Overall design: 24 samples total. Four cell lines were used, two STAT3 deleted, two STAT3 wild type. All four cell lines were stimulated with IL-6, OSM or unstimulated. All conditions were analyzed in technical duplicates
