Acute toxicity studies was tested on mice to determine the safety of secretome administration. Test is divided into 2 parts; preliminary test and main test. In preliminary test we used the highest dose of 2000 mg/kg BW for the treatment and control groups. In the treatment group, mice were injected using secretome, whereas in the control group, mice were injected using MEM-α medium, then observed for the first 30 minutes, then observed once every 4 hours in the first 24 hours. If there is no death in the first 24 hours, then the main test was carried out with a dose of 2000 mg/kg BW. In the main test, one mouse was added to the control and 4 mice to the treatment. Observations in the main test after injection were the same as those in the preliminary test. Observation of experimental animals was carried out for 15 days and on the 15th day all of the experimental animals were sacrificed and some of the vital organs, such as heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain, and lien were observed
