Myeloid Panel sequencing

Myeloid panel sequencing for a patient diagnosed with triple-negative essential thrombocythemia. Molecular diagnostics with next-generation sequencing was performed to search for a clonal marker of the disease. The AmpliSeq myeloid panel (MiniSeq, Illumina) was used. The panel detects mutations in 40 genes (23 full genes and 17 hotspot genes), among which mutations occur most frequently in hematological malignancies.
