资源简介:
This dataset represents respondents' intents to take conservation actions on behalf of domestic and wild animals and if their intents to take action were affected by different emotive-state animal imagery. Respondents were shown images of animals (cats, dogs, koalas, black-footed ferrets, and manatees) displaying various emotive states (happy, sad, afraid/hurt, and nurturing) then asked their intent to take action (donate, volunteer, political action) on behalf of the pictured animal species. Data was generated from a college student media and journalism research pool at a public university in the southeastern United States.
