Dataset for: Machine learning application to automatically classify heavy minerals in river sand by using SEM/EDS data

Among them, three tables include the EDS data of analyzed elements including 90-second elemental data of 2255 grains, 40-second elemental data of 492 grains and 6- second elemental data of 320 grains, respectively. The tables 4-7 include the confusion matrixes based on datasets of different analyzing times and different decision attributes.其中3张表格收录了待测元素的X射线能谱（EDS, Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy）数据，分别包含2255个颗粒的90秒元素检测数据、492个颗粒的40秒元素检测数据以及320个颗粒的6秒元素检测数据。表4至表7收录了基于不同分析时长与不同决策属性的数据集所构建的混淆矩阵。
