Raw reads of DNA from V. coralliilyticus Vic-Oc-068 's extracellular vesicles

Raw reads fromDNA obtained from extracellular vesicles of V. coralliilyticus Vic-Oc-068 (20%,25% and 30% OptiPrep gradients). The culture of V. coralliilyticus was centrifugated at 6000 G, and the supernatant was filtrated by 0.2 um and then concentrated to a final volume of 200 ul. The concentrated was then DNAsa treated. DNA from vesicles was extracted using Qiamp Min Elute Virus Spin kit. To obtain a metagenomic library (Illumina DNA Prep kit), multiple displacement amplification (MDA) was performed. The library was then sequenced on a HiSeq platform (2x150) bp.
