ChIP-seq analysis of MOLM-13 human leukemia cells transduced with lentivirus containing CRISPR-Cas9 EV or sgKAT6A for 5 days. KAT6A promotes AML differentiation block. To test the effect of KAT6A inhibition on the epigenetic program of AML cells, we utilized CRISPR-Cas9 technique and delete KAT6A in MOLM-13 human AML cells and performed ChIP-seq.
