Corpus of Brain MRI Foundation Models Survey (2021-2026)

This dataset contains the complete audit corpus of 38 surveyed papers on brain MRI foundation models, published between January 2021 and April 2026. Each row corresponds to one paper and includes the following columns: Paper, Year, Venue, SSL method, Backbone, Dataset(s), Harmonization, Domain shift, ODD level, Pillar, and GitHub link. The corpus was compiled as part of a survey on the integration of self-supervised learning, harmonization, and domain shift robustness in brain MRI foundation models.
