Gene expression profile of CDH17 silenced human colorectal cancer cell lines KM12SM and SW620

CDH17 is a key protein in the development of hepatic metastasis in colorectal cancer. In this study, stable silencing of CDH17 was achieved in the KM12SM and SW620 cell lines using shRNA technology, with the objective of exploring the cellular functions and pathways in which CDH17 is implicated. Affymetrix (Clariom S) array-based mRNA expression profiles generated for KM12SM and SW620 colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines after CDH17 silencing by using shRNA technology.
