This fault diagnosis dataset for axial center trajectories of magnetically suspended rotors is designed for feature recognition and fault diagnosis experimental research on the axial trajectories of magnetically suspended rotors under four fault modes, covering axial center trajectory data of the rotor under normal rotation, unbalance, collision, friction and impact conditions. Based on the flexible magnetically suspended rotor experimental platform of Wuhan University of Technology, the data was collected using German Micro-Epsilon eddy current displacement sensors. It records the vibration data of the axial center trajectories of magnetically suspended rotors under different operating states, as well as the corresponding empirical mode decomposition (EMD) vector data, with a total data size of 4.42 MB.
