GLDN regulates gastric cancer cell proliferation and migration

Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignancies in the world. GC patients are usually diagnosed at an advanced stage because of the lack of early diagnostic markers and early symptoms. Our findings showed that GLDN likely depends on the p53-p21-CyclinD/CDK4 signaling pathway for cell proliferation control and likely serves as a prognostic marker for GC patients.
