资源简介:
The circadian clock is a universal intrinsic mechanism that rhythmically regulates most molecular, metabolic, and physiological events rhythmically across the living kingdom. Although master transcription factors composed of circadian oscillators have been identified to maintain conserved transcription-translational feedback loops (TTFL), the correlation between epigenetic and chromatin states and rhythmic transcription remains unclear. In this study, we established large-scale chromatin landscapes in soybean using a diurnal time series of ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq, alongside RNA-seq assays A common oscillating pattern that chromatin accessibility synchronizes with gene expression is characterized across the whole genome of soybean. This study enhances our understanding of the epigenetic regulation of the circadian clock and rhythmic physiology Overall design: The Ws82's leaf were collected after free-running treatment. All the plants were grown in Middle-day(12h Light and 12h Dark,24?) for 14 days, and treat with constant light for 1 day. After free-running treatment, 3 individuals with consitstent growth rate and phenotype were used for an independent experiment.
