Effect of depletion of Gstt1 on gene expression of metastatic derived cell lines [Gstt1 KD in Metastatic Cells]

To investigate the function of Gstt1 in the regulation metastatic phenotypes, we established liver and lung derived metastatic cell lines in which either NT control or Gstt1 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different cell lines Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for liver and lung metastatic cells and its KD derivative (Gstt1, sh1 and sh2).
