数据来源于秦皇岛地区气象部门，在提供气象服务中产生的，主要包括汛期过去24小时降水和未来一周预报（降水、气温和风力风向情况），可用于农业生产、交通运输、康养旅游、公共管理、应急救援等场景。
This dataset is derived from the meteorological service activities conducted by the Qinhuangdao regional meteorological bureau. It mainly includes 24-hour accumulated precipitation data from the latest 24 hours during the flood season, as well as one-week weather forecasts covering precipitation, temperature, wind direction and wind force. This dataset can be applied to scenarios such as agricultural production, transportation, wellness tourism, public management, emergency rescue and other relevant fields.
