Soil fungal ITS2 metabarcoding sequences from nine experimental forest diversity sites in Europe (spring 2022). Samples span monoculture and mixed-species plots within the TreeDivNet network. DNA was extracted using the PowerSoil Pro Kit and sequenced on Illumina MiSeq. Dataset includes raw FASTQ files and sampling metadata. Associated with a manuscript submitted to Geoderma on tree diversity, fungal communities, and soil carbon.
