Estimate of total annual energy consumption by all sectors of activity combined (actual final energy consumption conso_ef_cr_mwh — primary energy consumption (excluding raw material) at real climate conso_ep_cr_mwh — final energy consumption in normal climate (climate corrected) conso_ef_cn_mwh — primary energy consumption (excluding raw material) at normal climate (climate corrected) conso_ep_cn_mwh for East 2018. Units are expressed in MWh PCI (net calorific value) for administrative units associated with EPCI. The figures provided are taken from ATMO Grand Est’s V2021 inventory. For energy consumption, it was decided to review sector by sector and energy by energy all surveys providing regional or even sub-regional figures for validation purposes. Local energy data from Article 179 of the Energy Transition Law for Green Growth (LTECV) and its implementing decrees have also been included. Exceptions are to be taken into account for the following EPICs: EPCI 200070332 “CC of know-how”: Only the data of the municipalities located on the territory of the Grand Est shall be taken into account. For data from the municipalities of La Quarte (70430), La Rochelle (70450) and Ouge (70400), please contact ATMO Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. EPCI 200067213 “CU du Grand Reims”: For the municipality of Cormicy (51171) which merged on 1 January 2017 with the municipality of Gernicourt (02344) formerly in Aisne (Hauts-de-France region), only data from the municipality of Cormicy before merger are taken into account. For data from the municipality of Gernicourt, please contact ATMO Hauts-de-France.本数据集为2018年东部地区全行业综合年度能源消耗总量估算值，包含四类统计指标：实际最终能源消耗量（conso_ef_cr_mwh）、实际气候条件下的一次能源消耗量（不含原材料，conso_ep_cr_mwh）、常态气候（经气候校正）下的最终能源消耗量（conso_ef_cn_mwh）、常态气候（经气候校正）下的一次能源消耗量（不含原材料，conso_ep_cn_mwh）。数据单位为与跨市镇公共合作机构（EPCI）关联的行政单元所对应的净热值（PCI）兆瓦时（MWh）。本次所用数据均取自大东部大区大气监测机构（ATMO Grand Est）发布的V2021版能源清单。 为确保数据有效性，本次能耗统计已按行业与能源品类逐一核验所有提供区域乃至次区域数据的调研结果；同时纳入了《绿色增长能源转型法》（LTECV）第179条及其实施细则所规定的地方能源数据。 以下跨市镇公共合作机构（EPCI）的统计规则存在例外情况： 1. EPCI 200070332 "专业技术共同体（CC of know-how）"：仅统计纳入大东部大区管辖范围内的市镇能耗数据。拉卡尔特（La Quarte，70430）、拉罗谢尔（La Rochelle，70450）及乌热（Ouge，70400）三地的能耗数据，请咨询勃艮第-弗朗什-孔泰大区大气监测机构（ATMO Bourgogne-Franche-Comté）。 2. EPCI 200067213 "兰斯大集聚共同体（CU du Grand Reims）"：2017年1月1日与原隶属于埃纳省（上法兰西大区）的热尔尼库尔（Gernicourt，02344）合并的科尔米西（Cormicy，51171），仅统计其合并前的能耗数据。热尔尼库尔的能耗数据，请咨询上法兰西大区大气监测机构（ATMO Hauts-de-France）。
