General Relativistic Extension of Exponential Radius Evolution Near the Eddington Limit

This manuscript introduces a general relativistic extension to the exponential radius evolution model for near-Eddington stellar envelopes. By applying compactness-based corrections to the Eddington luminosity and surface gravity, the framework preserves observational transparency while incorporating strong-field effects. Two representative stars (WR 20a and a compact LBV) are evaluated using a surface-based diagnostic requiring no interior modeling. A supplementary file includes numerical checks and a compactness table. The result is a unified, testable bridge between classical and relativistic stellar physics.
