Amendments to the Atlas of Neighbours Flemish Brabant

Axes of the roads in the Atlas of neighbourhood roads where a change dossier applies. Since the 1841 law, most public roads have been registered in the Atlas of neighbouring roads. Each municipality has an atlas, in which each neighbour or pedestrian has its own number and is designated on plan. This file contains the approved amendments to the Atlas on the basis of the Buurtwegenwet. The Buurtwegenwet (Buurtwegenwet), on which the Atlas was a policy document, was succeeded by the Municipal Roads Decree on 1 September 2019. This Decree lays down the framework for an integrated approach to uniform rules for all municipal roads, including for local and pedestrian roads. The Atlas of Neighbours continues to play an important role as a reference for the situation until 1 September 2019. The data from the Atlas remain from tel for a municipal road marked as a neighbour or pedestrian road in the Atlas until a new decision is taken on that municipal road in accordance with the Decree on Municipal Roads.
