Code for Paper on Participatory Inverse Modelling

This data repository contains the code that I used to generate the data for my paper on participatory inverse modelling as well as the data used for the subsequent analysis.<br>The repository contains three files:"code.zip" containing the source code (.py), the edited NetLogo model (.nlogo, for NetLogo 6.13.0) used for the paper, and the jupyter notebook (.ipynb) and files (.py) used for the analysis as well as the plot (.png) produced for the analysis."all_structures_history.zip" containing the data (all_structures_history.pickle) generated through the source code for the structural exploration."per_structure_files.zip" containing the data (several .pickle files) generated through the source code for the parametric exploration.All .pickle files are simulation data that share the same headers including structural information, parameterisation, seed, and raw resulting simulation data per tick
