NHLBI TOPMed: Partners HealthCare Biobank

The Atrial Fibrillation Genetics Consortium (AFGen) was organized to identify common and rare genetic variation associated with atrial fibrillation risk. In the current study, we have performed whole genome sequencing in cases with early-onset atrial fibrillation. Samples in this study were enrolled as a part of the Partners HealthCare Biobank.
