1、数据设计:从不同的产品设计文档中提取所有的连接器部件的参数构成原始连接器组装装置数据集;部件类型为标准件,根据需要组装的部件(包含螺钉和支架)尺寸大小(含部件直径、长度、宽度和结构形状),进行设计以适配应用连接器需组装的部件;并结合国标设计结构;
2、数据处理:通过三维设计软件,将需要组装的部件零件类型、尺寸、结构形状模拟连接器组装,对不同结构、形状、大小的螺钉和支架进行模拟组装,根据模拟组装与设定组装要求的误差进行调整,确定连接器组装装置设计数据集。
3、数据应用:可用于连接器组装,不限螺钉和支架的尺寸、结构形状的限制,可根据不同的螺钉和支架数据调整连接器组装装置设计数据,满足不同连接器以及不同连接器部件的组装要求,以提高组装连接器的可靠性和组装效率。
1. Data Design: Extract parameters of all connector components from various product design documents to form the raw connector assembly device dataset. The components are standard parts, which are designed to adapt to the components (including screws and brackets) that need to be assembled with the connectors based on their sizes (including component diameter, length, width and structural shape), and the design structure complies with national standards (GB).
2. Data Processing: Use 3D design software to simulate the connector assembly based on the part type, size and structural shape of the components to be assembled. Conduct simulated assembly for screws and brackets with different structures, shapes and sizes, adjust them according to the errors between the simulated assembly and the set assembly requirements, and finalize the design dataset of the connector assembly device.
3. Data Application: It can be used for connector assembly without restrictions on the size and structural shape of screws and brackets. The design data of the connector assembly device can be adjusted according to the data of different screws and brackets, so as to meet the assembly requirements of different connectors and their components, and improve the reliability and assembly efficiency of connector assembly.
