Genotype-by-sequencing (GBS) of the soybean looper (Chrysodeixis includens)

The primary goal of this study is to investigate the mechanisms underlying the demographic and evolutionary processes behind the recent population size expansion and local adaptation of Chrysodeixis includens. It was used de novo genotyping-by-sequencing approach and the study of agricultural landscapes to uncover recent processes of adaptation.
