Effects of Trichuris muris on the murine gut microbiota

Here we investigate the effects of Trichuris muris infection on the gut microbiota of C57BL/6 mice residing under laboratory and semi-natural conditions. Using 16S rRNA sequencing of fecal samples, we characterize the gut microbial composition and diversity of uninfected and infected mice in laboratory and outdoor environments at baseline (before infection) and at 3 weeks or 4 weeks post-infection
