The Big Fantastic Virus Database (BFVD) is a repository of 351,242 protein structures predicted by applying ColabFold to the viral sequence representatives of the UniRef30 clusters. We provide the predicted structures in bfvd.tar.gz. To download extra data (Foldseek database, metadata, and etc), please visit here.
