Tipping point in alpha-synuclein-membrane interactions from stable protein-covered vesicles to amyloid aggregation

HSQC_20C and HSQC_t37C folder contains raw 1H-15N HSQC data acquired on samples containing a-synuclein and SUVs at different lipid-to-protein (L/P) ratios at 20 and 37 degrees C. DiffusionNMR contains diffusion NMR raw data acquired on a-synuclein and SUVs at different L/P ratios at 20 degrees C. The data are analyzed, presented and discussed in Makasewicz et al. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xcrp.2024.102309).
The folder matlabScript contains all Matlab codes used to simulate NMR spectra, which are shown in the Supplemental Information.
