Isoliensinine affects the expression of mRNA and miRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma HSC-3 cells

Isoliensinine, a bisbenzyl-isoquinoline alkaloid from the plant Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn, Its biological activity against oral squamous cell carcinoma and its regulatory effect on miRNA expression have not been reported. Therefore, we took oral squamous cell carcinoma HSC-3 as the experimental object. After the Isoliensinine treatment for 12 H, HSC-3 cell RNA was extracted for high-throughput sequencing, and the differential expression of mRNA and miRNA induced by Isoliensinine in HSC-3 cells was analyzed.
