Inspire Download Service (predefined ATOM) for data set INSPIRE SL Land Use Building Plans Neunkirchen, Saar

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): This INSPIRE dataset contains transformed into the INSPIRE data model “Landuse” around the development plans of the district town of Neunkirchen, Saar. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the Landuse (Planned Land Use) guideline in version 4.0. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）下载服务（预定义Atom）说明：本INSPIRE数据集以萨尔州诺因基兴区城镇发展规划为依托，转换为INSPIRE土地利用（Landuse）数据模型。本次转换严格遵循4.0版《土地利用（规划土地用途）》（Landuse (Planned Land Use)）技术导则。 该发展规划包含城市规划体系内具备法律约束力的各项法定要求。原则上，发展规划需由土地利用规划编制而来。—— 数据记录的下载链接通过向WFS 1.1.0服务发起getFeature请求动态生成。
