RACPR Dataset

This repository provides a shareable subset of the processed dataset used for RACPR, a risk-aware causal path retrieval framework for interpretable LLM-assisted multimorbidity risk identification in elderly patients. The released data include structured multimorbidity case samples and related causal evidence resources for research on risk classification, causal path retrieval, explainable AI, and LLM-assisted clinical decision support. The dataset contains no identifiable real-world patient records or protected health information. It is intended to support research on risk-aware causal retrieval, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graph reasoning, explainable AI, and LLM-assisted clinical decision support.
