This study provides transcription, histone modifications, chromatin accessibility, and enhancer-promoter interactions in HCT116 upon FOXD2 expression. We identified the functional role of FOXD2 by analyzing mutli-omics data. RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq were performed to survey transcriptional dynamics in HCT116 with FOXD2 presences. MNase ChIP-seq, HiChIP-seq of H3K4me3, H3K27ac, and H3K4me1 upon FOXD2 over expression to speculate enhancer-promoter interactions.
