ANTIBIOTIKGA REZISTENT INFEKSIYALARNI ERTA DIAGNOSTIKA QILISHDA BIOMARKERLARNING ROʻLI

Antibiotic-resistant infections are one of the major challenges in modern medicine, and their early detection is crucial for ensuring effective treatment. The aim of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic significance of biomarkers in the early detection of antibiotic-resistant infections. Clinical, laboratory, and microbiological data from 280 patients were analyzed. Key biomarkers, including C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin, and interleukin-6 (IL-6), were investigated. The results demonstrated that IL-6 and procalcitonin levels have high sensitivity in the early detection of antibiotic-resistant infections (AUC = 0.91). A biomarker-based approach helps optimize clinical decision-making.
