This accession contains an "Atlas of Selected "Modern" Good Quality Deep Data for the World Oceans (excluding the Arctic)". This atlas was compiled by Scripps and contains a world-wide distribution of station data from various sources. These station data parameters include: latitude, longitude, date, ship, data originator, depth, cast, % salinity, % oxygen, % inorganic PO4, % total phosphorous, % silicates, % nitrites, % nitrates, pH, wave height and period, sea state, dry and wet temperature and pressure, and cloud type and amount. Format is similar to old NODC SD2 format.
