Miscanthus lutarioriparius Transcriptome or Gene expression

Second-generation energy crops, such as Miscanthus, hold a great potential to provide renewable energy and material and mitigate climate change. However, it is unknown whether the dedicated energy crops can be domesticated in a reasonably short term to meet these needs. This study aimed at putting genetic variation and variation in gene expression together for studying the population genetics of wild species, which may reflect both adaptive and non-adaptive processes.
