资源简介:
Phosphorus plays a crucial role in the normal physiological and biochemical activities of cells, and it is also an important component of DNA. Therefore, the phosphorus content is directly correlated with the physiological processes and DNA content of Synechocystis cells. In this study, under phosphorus deprivation conditions, the transcriptome method was used to investigate the changes in the genome copy number of Synechocystis under phosphorus deficiency and the regulatory mechanisms involved. This result will also contribute to the study of chloroplast physiological functions in green plants.
