On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, "On Approval of the Regulation on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the portal of open data of Kharkiv, which is automatically placed on the Unified State Web Portal in the office of the administrator of the Kharkiv City Council, is organized.依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长（Kharkiv Mayor）签署发布的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会（Kharkiv City Council）数据集管理规定〉》的行政命令，现组织在哈尔科夫开放数据门户网站发布信息管理员所持有的开放数据集，此类数据集将自动部署至哈尔科夫市议会管理员办公室所在的统一国家网络门户网站（Unified State Web Portal）。
