Whiskers as a novel tissue for assessing reproductive histories in phocid and otariid species of Northern Pacific Pinnipeds: Laboratory and Biological Validations

This data was generated as part of the NPRB 1517 project Assessing reproductive histories using pinniped whiskers. The dataset includes animal information for all samples used in the study as well as the raw and mass adjusted concentrations of progesterone, cortisol and 17b-estradiol hormone concentrations. Two data files are included in this dataset: NPRB1528_data_05.30.2018MK_sampleInfo.csv, and NPRB1528_data_05.30.2018MK_Hormone_results.csv.本数据集生成自NPRB 1517项目《利用鳍足类（pinniped）胡须评估繁殖史》。本数据集包含本研究中所有受试样本的动物相关信息，以及孕酮（progesterone）、皮质醇（cortisol）与17β-雌二醇（17b-estradiol）的原始浓度和体重校正浓度。本数据集共包含两个数据文件：NPRB1528_data_05.30.2018MK_sampleInfo.csv，以及NPRB1528_data_05.30.2018MK_Hormone_results.csv。
