VPRS 15505 Public Health Annual Reports (GRS 595)

This series comprises Public Health Annual Reports prepared by the Colac Shire Council. Section 37 of the Health Act required that every council shall furnish to the Commission on or before the last day of February an annual report up to the proceeding 31st day of December in such form and containing such particulars as the Commission required. These records are sentenced as permanent in accordance with PROS 98/01 Local Government records General Disposal Schedule Version 2002, Class 12.2.1. The annual reports describe the public health and sanitary circumstances of the municipal district.
