Vegetable Index (NDVI) of Andalusia. Annual average, 2013 (TERRA MODIS)

Images of the TERRA satellite captured by the MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) sensor that have been calculated by the NDVI- Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), which based on the contrast between the red and near infrared bands of the spectrum, highlights the vegetation cover and its vigorousness over large areas.
