Examination and comparison of the transcriptional profile of bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) in response to infection by the fungus Paracoccidioides brasiliensis in resistant/susceptible mice Total RNA of BMDCs from A/J (resistant) and B10.A (susceptible) mice strains after 6 hours exposure to P. brasiliensis plus their BMDCs controls. All samples have three replicates.
