Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): SUP T7 — Servitude established outside the Meurthe-et-Moselle Aeronautical Clearance Zones

Category T7 easements relate to easements in respect of facilities located outside the clearance areas and which, due to their height, could constitute obstacles to air navigation. This resource describes the point plates of Category T7 easements confused with their generators, i.e. the locations of such facilities. The generator of a public easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induced, by virtue of regulations, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land. The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.T7类地役权（Category T7 Easements）指针对位于净空区外、因自身高度可能构成空中航行障碍物的设施所设立的地役权。 本数据集描述了易与源实体相混淆的T7类地役权点位标牌，即此类设施的所在位置。 公共地役权的源实体（generator），是指因其属性或功能，依据相关法规对周边土地的使用方式施加限制的地理实体。 源实体在场地内的灭失或损毁，不会导致与之相关的地役权被撤销。仅当主管当局出台新的废止或废除法案时，方可依法消除相关地役权的法律效力。
