Physics scheme sensitivity simulation output data for Indianapolis, IN (INFLUX project)

As part of the Indianapolis Flux (INFLUX) experiment, the accuracy and biases of simulated meteorological fields were assessed for the city of Indianapolis, IN. Aset of simulations was performed using a mesoscale model. Different PBL schemes, urban canopy models (UCMs), and a model subroutine that was created in order to reduce an inherent model overestimation of urban land cover were implemented in the simulations. A variety of meteorological observations are also used,including eddy covariance data. By combining the observations and the different model configurations, a detailed assessment is performed to assess the behavior and performance of different model configurations.
