Access to Information Requests 2023

Article 66 of Law 2/2016, of April 7, on Local Institutions of the Basque Country, establishes that the Administration must report on the degree of compliance with its obligations regarding active advertising and, expressly, access to public information. Thus, on the exercise of this right of access, the City Council provides the following data, which will be incorporated bimonthly.《巴斯克地方机构法》（2016年第2号法律，4月7日颁布）第66条规定，行政部门须就其履行主动宣传义务与公共信息获取义务的合规程度提交专项报告。据此，针对此项信息获取权的行使，巴斯克地区各市镇议会现将如下数据予以公开，且该类数据将每双月更新一次并纳入本数据集。
