The roots, stems, young leaves and old leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. mature plants in Sichuan province were selected for NGS sequencing of mRNA from different tissues. The RNA-seq data will facilitate the deep analysis of the biosynthesis and metabolic regulation mechanisms of the active components of Danshen drugs.
