HEALTHY IMPORTANCE OF MOVEMENT GAMES IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

This article provides a broad and in-depth analysis of the health-promoting importance of movement games in preschool children on a scientific basis. The article, based on the “First Step” state curriculum of Uzbekistan, local empirical observations, international meta-analyses and longitudinal studies, details the impact of movement games on children's physical development (motor skills, cardiovascular system, respiratory, musculoskeletal system, balance and coordination), strengthening the immune system, preventing obesity and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, activating cognitive functions (attention, memory, executive functions), reducing emotional stability and stress levels, and forming social skills and self-esteem. The results show that the systematic and age-appropriate organization of physical games in preschool education significantly improves the general health indicators of children, reduces the incidence of diseases, accelerates psychomotor development and creates a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle in the future. The article provides practical recommendations based on empirical evidence for educators, methodologists, parents and health professionals.
