XPlanung dataset BPL “(017/16) Am Stadtgraben”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(017/16) Am Stadtgraben” of the town of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is acceptable if it complies with the determinations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.开发规划（Development Plan，简称BPL）包含了针对城市规划规程的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次所用数据集为德国洛尔拉赫市（Lörrach）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的开发规划“(017/16) Am Stadtgraben”。说明：合格开发规划需依据《建筑法典》（Baugesetzbuch，简称BauGB）第30条第1款，至少对建筑使用类型与规模、可转换地块以及本地交通流量作出明确规定。项目的合法性仅依据该开发规划进行评估。建筑项目若符合合格开发规划的各项规定且开发条件具备，则可被准予实施。
