This is a datasheet containing the results of running the controlled cooking test in-situ in the Parish Pucara-Sigsipamba, Chimborazo, Ecuador. The woodstoves tested were a traditional grill and a new model plancha stove. Several local dishes were prepared as a simulation of a local cooking task.
