The combination of TNF and IL-17A has synergistic effects on the transcription of genes encoding chemokines and cytokines. Human fibroblasts derived from an individual with rheumatoid arthritis were stimulated with TNF, IL-17A, or TNF and IL-17A and gene expression was assayed with microarrays. Microarray Data 1 (n = 60): 9 time points, 2 technical replicates, 5 different stimulations (Untreated, Media, IL-17A (1 ng/mL), TNF (1 ng/mL), TNF and IL-17A). GeneChip™ Human Gene 1.0 ST Array ("affy_hugene_1_0_st_v1" on Bioconductor).
