16S rRNA Sequencing of Symbiotic Bacteria in Ectropis grisescens After Liquid Nitrogen Freezing

This project aims to investigate the dynamic changes in symbiotic bacteria within Ectropis grisescens cadavers following death. We employed 16S rRNA sequencing technology to analyze the cadavers at three time points: 0, 7, and 21 days post-mortem. The obtained data will help us understand the temporal succession of symbiotic bacterial communities in the host cadavers, expand our knowledge of host-microbe ecological dynamics, and provide theoretical foundations for integrated pest management strategies.
