QUADCOIL Quasi-single-stage Dataset

Dataset for "A flexible and differentiable coil proxy for stellarator equilibrium optimization". To reproduce this data, please run `study.ipynb` and `study_force.ipynb` using: DESC branch: `ffu/quadcoil-qss-pre-commit`, commit fcd9cc15b1168d9be953a4acf79c0f940752466a Simsopt branch: `regcoil`, commit 4213ed1318220c0ae60611eaf9bdfd79320a2d21 QUADCOIL branch: `main`, commit 5b66d81cb3f143616903c508f128e446a093c2c1 To run the filament optimization, please run `run_<case name>` in `/filament`. To plot the filament results, please run `/filament/filament_plotting.ipynb`. To run the GPMO discrete filament optimization (the results are ~10GB in total and not uploaded in this dataset), run `/PM/GPMO_solve.ipynb`. To plot the GPMO results,run `/PM/GPMO_plotting.ipynb`. All plots will be deposited in `/final_plots`.
