This data set was acquired with a Digital Camera on the ROV Jason II during Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN235 conducted in 2009 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Charles Fisher). Data were acquired as part of the project(s): COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH: Processes and patterns in back arc basin hydrothermal vent communities, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE07-32333 and OCE07-32439.本数据集由搭载于“杰森二号”遥控无人潜水器（ROV Jason II）的数码相机，于2009年执行的托马斯·G·汤普森号考察航次TN235期间采集，该航次的首席科学家为查尔斯·费舍尔博士。本次数据采集工作作为合作研究项目“弧后盆地热液喷口群落的过程与模式”的组成部分开展，相关研究经费由美国国家科学基金会（National Science Foundation, NSF）的OCE07-32333与OCE07-32439两项资助项目提供。
