This dataset contains acceleration, angular velocity and video data from 35 PD patients with Freezing of gait in a turning task. For the turning in place task, participants stood and turned in place, alternating 360° turns to their right, then 360° to their left, repeating this sequence at a self-selected pace for 2 minutes. The data set contains three types of data: (a) metadata; (b) separate text files were generated for the IMU processed data for each trial; and (c) the video of each trial. Two movement disorders specialists subsequently reviewed the videos and noted freezing events. From the identification of FE carried out by the movement disorders specialists using the video, we identify when these events happen in the IMU data.
本数据集包含35名伴步态冻结(Freezing of Gait, FoG)的帕金森病(Parkinson's Disease, PD)患者在转身任务中的加速度、角速度与视频数据。针对原地转身任务,受试者保持站立并原地转身,交替向右侧完成360°旋转、再向左侧完成360°旋转,以自选节奏重复该序列,持续时长为2分钟。本数据集包含三类数据:(a) 元数据;(b) 针对每个试次的惯性测量单元(Inertial Measurement Unit, IMU)处理后数据的独立文本文件;(c) 每个试次的对应视频。随后,两名运动障碍专科医师对所有视频进行审阅,并标记出步态冻结事件。基于运动障碍专科医师通过视频完成的步态冻结事件(Freezing Event, FE)标注,我们可将这些事件的发生时刻匹配至IMU数据中。
